A slightly finer-than-medium grind is intended to support sweetness and body with this full-bodied coffee. Three pours total, including the bloom, divide the water into a bloom and two follow-up pours for a simple percolation plan. The flow stays at 3.5 ml/s so water is replenished without unnecessarily long delivery. A consistent 88°C temperature provides a moderate extraction approach for the requested sweeter, fuller cup.
