Privacy policy

Photos, URLs, brewing settings, and other input are sent through our server to OpenAI to generate recipes.

Stored information

Generated recipes are stored and published. To prevent abuse, we record the connecting IP address privately with each recipe when it is generated, and keep a random identifier in a cookie and in browser storage to count generations over a short period. We do not store original photos, source URLs, or the original text of notes and requests.

Saving to xBloom

When you select Save on an xBloom recipe, its public coffee name and brewing settings are sent to xBloom through our shared operator account. We store the resulting share URL for future visits. Original photos and input text are not sent.

Font delivery

We use Google Fonts to display the site. Recipe sharing images use Noto Sans stored on our server. Image generation sends no characters or data to Google Fonts.
