果実感を引き出す抽出を狙い、粒度は推奨範囲内でやや細かめに設定。2投構成で、先に蒸らしてから残りの湯を一度に注ぎ、氷に受ける濃縮抽出にします。両投とも3.5 ml/sに揃え、湯を短時間で補給して注湯時間を不必要に長くしない構成です。豆固有の温度指定がないため90°Cとし、果実の風味を生かしつつアイス抽出での溶解を促します。
