A middle-of-range DF64 setting is a starting choice for the natural Guji and the concentrated iced brew, aiming to support sweetness while keeping its berry, grape, and floral character accessible. Three pours, including the bloom, split the requested brew water into a bloom and two larger finishing pours. Constant 3.5 ml/s flow replenishes water promptly without unnecessarily extending delivery, and a consistent 92°C keeps the extraction plan straightforward while the brewed coffee is chilled over ice.
