A medium-coarse grind suits the iced percolation plan while supporting sweetness and clarity. Three pours—including a compact bloom and two equal post-bloom pours—fit the requested water total and give the bed time to drain between additions. The same moderate-hot temperature throughout supports extraction without adding unnecessary stage changes; the constant 3.5 ml/s flow delivers the larger additions quickly rather than extending pour time.
